960 hectares of water, wooded shores, bright beaches and quiet bays: Lake Berzdorf is a young nature paradise right on the doorstep of Görlitz. And from the water is where it's most beautiful.
Since 2023, the EMS Berzdorf has run on 100% electric power — the only electric passenger ship in all of Saxony. So quiet you hear nature instead of the engine.
Electric propulsion instead of diesel rumble — conversations at a normal volume, the sound of lapping waves included.
White-tailed eagles, great crested grebes and the Blue Lagoon — from the water you see the lake as no one else does.
Accessible main deck, wheelchair-accessible toilet on board, high chairs for the little ones — and dogs are welcome too.

To Hagenwerder station (Görlitz–Zittau line), then just a few minutes' walk to the harbour.
The harbour is right on the lake circuit path — bikes are welcome on board.
